Hub Bearings (Sealed Hub Structure)

Lubricant filled in existing hub bearings are prone to gradual leakage due to impact or earth movements while driving, making it necessary to constantly ensure that it is filled to a certain level. Such a leakage also leads to continuous friction and wear, resulting in damages to the hub or driving shaft, leading to serious safety incidents on the road. The sealed hub structure technology guides the driving shaft and seals the lubricant filled in the hub, preventing friction and damage while also reducing the inconvenience of frequent replenishments.

Technology 02

Inertial Brake System for Vehicle

When a vehicle stops during operation, inertia causes it to move towards the vehicle as it comes to a halt. Conventional vehicle,

without built-in braking systems, are often separated from the vehicle or overturned when the vehicle comes to a sudden stop, leading to serious accidents or multivehicle collisions. For electrically connected braking devices which transmit a brake signal to the vehicle to stop via a brake drum, there is still the problem of the connection to the vehicle being damaged by the inertia of the vehicle. The inertial brake system remedies the problem and prevents the vehicle from being overturned or separated from the vehicle.
